Description: "Somewhere Beyond The Rainbow" – a brand new sleep-away camp tailored exclusively for the magical spirits of LGBTQIA+ theatre kids aged 12-17! Immerse yourself in a world where dreams take flight and self-discovery is celebrated with open hearts.

Campers embark on an extraordinary journey, choosing between dazzling performances in a musical, a devised monologue show, or an improv spectacle. Special early riser optional  theatre intensives: exploring the secrets of makeup, mastering stage combat, and dance, followed by working on their productions through daily rehearsals.

Afternoons are a blend of exciting queer programming, igniting discussions, crafting art projects, and engaging in meaningful social justice endeavors. Afternoons will also be a chance to enjoy outdoor camp fun with kickball, swimming, and guided hikes through the beautiful trails that surround us.

As the sun sets, the magic unfolds with bonfires, open mic nights, spellbinding drag shows, and dance parties! Campers will stay in cabins, and all meals are provided. 

Culminating in a spectacular family day, we invite loved ones to witness our campers' hard work and see our productions. Join us for an unforgettable summer of acceptance, growth, and celebration as we see what lies beyond the rainbow.


“Mad Hatter's Tea pARTy Camp!”

Dates: Monday, July 8 - Thursday, July 11 with a performance on Thursday, July 11th at 4pm

Times: 9am-4pm (ONLY Full week/Full days available)

Ages: 7-12

Cost: $350

Location: Theater in the Round, 245 Cedar Ave. Mpls, MN 55454

Description: Our camp blends drama, dance, and the whimsy of Wonderland. Young actors will explore Cheshire Cat choreography, royal court theatrics, and act as the playful characters in the iconic tea party filled with riddles and stories.  The camp ends in a grand performance, where we will showcase new skills in a spectacular show that's a tapestry of color, movement, and creative characters. Join us for a week of imaginative adventures and watch your child bring Wonderland to life on stage!

EACH camper will have a pART in this performance even if it's not on stage but behind the scenes creating props, costume design and scenery. They will learn how to work cooperatively together as the show must go on!

The AM 9-12 will be led by Graceful Monsters ETC theater crew and the afternoons 1-4pm will be led by ARTrageous Adventures crew. An improv lunch break will happen from 12-1pm with both Graceful Monsters & ARTrageous crew.

“Raise Your Voice” Broadway Jr Revue

Ages: 11-14

Description: Raise Your Voice is a Broadway revue featuring songs from across Broadways Junior musicals like Mary Poppins, The Little Mermaid and Oliver! Raise Your Voice is a super fun taste of lots of different Broadway shows all at the same time. Act, sing, and dance through years of Broadway history. We'll also be creating our own transitions between songs with storytelling, monologue and group created scenes. Afternoons will be spent working on the design for the production. Help to paint sets, build props, style costumes, and run tech for our Raise Your Voice revue! This two-week camp will culminate in a performance for family and friends on Friday, June 21st in the Middle School Performing Arts Center!
